New Extended Service Hours!

We are working hard to make sure you receive the best products, value and service from us. To increase that customer satisfaction, we are very pleased to announce a new service level enhancement.

Count on our Customer Service department to assist you with the complete range of SEAL and Neschen product lines. Orders are processed from: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. Shipments are processed until 5:00 pm in both our Maryland and CA warehouses. You can submit purchase orders via email at csorder@neschenamericas.com.

All orders will be shipped same day as long as the requested items are in stock*. This includes any “rush” next day orders, as well as reseller drop ship orders. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate reseller stocking orders or special order items with this program.

As our customer, your satisfaction with our company is vital to us. You have asked us for these service level improvements and we are excited to be able to offer them. This program is designed to make it easier to place orders and get products faster – especially for those of you on the West Coast.
